This project focuses on the development of a digital platform for secondary school teachers, designed to support them in addressing and preventing bullying. The goal of the platform is to strengthen teachers’ self-efficacy by providing clear, accessible knowledge about bullying: what it is, how to recognise the signals, and how to intervene effectively.

My role in this project covered the entire design process, with a strong emphasis on user-centered design. I began with user research, focusing on the needs, challenges, and uncertainties teachers experience when addressing bullying. These insights formed the foundation of the platform’s structure and content, ensuring it responded to real-world situations.

The concepts were iteratively refined through testing and evaluation, allowing user feedback to directly inform design improvements. This process helped validate that the platform increased teachers’ understanding and confidence.
